Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new lawsuits, including an allegation that he drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl with unnamed “male and female celebrities.”

Another round of lawsuits has been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, including an allegation that he drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl with an unnamed “male celebrity” in front of an unnamed “female celebrity.”

Buzbee’s law firm, which said Oct. 1 it would file 120 more lawsuits against Combs, filed five new lawsuits Sunday night in the Southern District of New York. Two more lawsuits were filed in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, respectively.

One of the costumes belongs to Jane Doe, who was 13 years old on September 7, 2000, when she tried to attend the MTV Video Music Awards. She couldn’t get into the awards ceremony without a ticket, so after the event she approached several limousine drivers to see if she could attend the party. One of the drivers allegedly worked for Combs and took the plaintiff to a party, where she signed a non-disclosure agreement and agreed to drink.

The plaintiff alleged that after just one drink, she “began to feel dizzy and dizzy” and headed to the empty bedroom to lie down. Shortly after, Combs allegedly entered a room with “male and female celebrities.” She then claims she was raped by a male celebrity in front of a female celebrity, and then Combs allegedly raped her in front of both celebrities. The suit further alleges that following the attack, the plaintiff, who now lives in Alabama, “sank into a deep depression that continues to affect every aspect of her life.”

A representative for Combs did not immediately respond to DiversityPlease comment on the new claims. Combs has repeatedly denied all allegations against him. In the previous statement to Diversityhis lawyers said: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts, their legal defense, and the integrity of the legal process. The truth will prevail in court: Mr. Combs has never sexually abused anyone, adult or minor, male or female.”

Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York after being arrested by Homeland Security on September 16 on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to the charges. Two different judges have denied Combs bail and he must remain behind bars until his trial next May. If convicted of racketeering charges, Combs faces life in prison.

Combs’ parties, especially after the VMAs and his “white party” in the Hamptons over the summer, were known as celebrity hotspots. Ahead of his trial, it remains to be seen whether any big names will be implicated in the allegations against Combs.
