Fairfield man arrested and charged with multiple sex crimes

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) – A Fairfield man has been arrested on multiple sex crime charges.

Demetrius Pierre Guyton, 40, is charged with first-degree sexual assault, first-degree sodomy and rape.

The incident in question occurred in September 2024, according to court documents.

Guyton is being held in the Jefferson County Jail without bond.
