October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Observers say that while global awareness of breast cancer has increased, many African countries face serious challenges in early detection, diagnosis and treatment. VOA correspondent Lynord Mudu and reporter Senanu Torde show how two countries, Kenya and Ghana, are addressing growing concerns about breast cancer and what is being done to expand access to care for those most in need.
