Wellington North declares November Arthur Lions Club Month

WELLINGTON NORTH – Wellington North has declared November as Arthur Lions Club Month.

At Monday evening’s Council meeting, members of the Arthur Lions Club received a special certificate from Mayor Andy Lennox and Council in recognition of their 85 years of service.

The town says the Arthur Lions Club, founded on November 14, 1939, has been a cornerstone of our community, “whose volunteers selflessly give their time to make a difference and support those in need.”
