SAFM’s Mark Soderstrom to leave Breakfast Radio

Adelaide media personality and SAFM host Mark “Soda” Soderstrom announced on air that he was quitting morning radio.

In a candid moment with co-host Rebecca MorseYesterday, Soderstrom told listeners that he is currently facing what he calls the biggest challenge of his life.

Soderstrom said he had no choice but to leave.

“I thought a lot and it was quite difficult.” – he said.

“It’s not even a decision I have to make. This is what I have to do because I have a lot to do.”

Soderstrom, who joined Morse on SAFM’s Breakfast show in early 2023, told listeners how much he loved his job and wished he didn’t have to leave.

Former football champion with 125 SANFL games under his belt, Soderström was previously one of the organizers Mix 102.3 brekkie show for almost ten years.
