NO INJURIES IN TWO-VEHICLE CRASH NORTH OF FAIRFIELD ON FRIDAY

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two-vehicle crash on Rt. 45 on RD 900N north of Fairfield Airport on Friday afternoon. Deputies say just after 4 p.m., a 2014 Kia ​​4-door driven by Kimberly Swanberg, 40, of Cisne, was traveling south on Rt. 45 was attempting to turn east on County RD 900N when Swanberg’s vehicle struck the front of a 2008 Chevrolet Impala driven by Kimberly Kennedy, 58, of Cisne. Kennedy’s vehicle was attempting to turn north onto Rt. 45. No injuries reported.
