A teenager has been rushed to hospital with serious stab wounds after a reported fight at a north Adelaide shopping centre.

Shoppers reported a large group of youths got into a fight earlier in the day at the Elizabeth Shopping Center on Elizabeth Way.

Emergency services were called to the attack just after 2.30pm.

The 18-year-old victim was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Three teenagers were arrested: a 17-year-old from Salisbury East, a 16-year-old from Brahma Lodge and a 14-year-old from Elizabeth Vale.

Police plan to charge them later today.
