Jyoti Structures shares rose 5% on Wednesday, October 23, after the company said it had received an order acceptance letter worth ₹450 crore from Adani Energy Solutions in Gujarat.

The scope of work includes survey, soil survey, supply of towers, foundation, commissioning, erection and stringing of LILO 765 kV DC Bhuj II-Lakadia Transmission Line at Navinal, Gujarat on a turnkey basis.

The order must be completed within 18 months, by April 2026.

In August, the company received an order worth ₹106 crore for the supply of towers for a 765 kV transmission line from a leading private developer. The order had to be completed within 10 months.

In July, the company said it had received an order worth around ₹118 crore from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd for the construction and partial supply of the 765 kV KPS III-AP44 DC transmission line. The order must be completed by October 10, 2025.

Jyoti Structures shares were trading 4.91% higher at ₹31.86 apiece at around 10:19 am on Wednesday, October 23. The stock is up 70.66% this year.
